Prototyping & Design Services
We offer a full design suite (SolidWorks) where we can take your 2D sketches or drawings and produce 3D models to enable you to visualise your idea. We also accept 3D models from which our engineers can advise on machining strategies to achieve the optimum accuracy. Additionally we can reverse engineer one off components to design out defects and produce hard to find or obsolete items.
CNC Milling
Using the latest CNC machining centers we can offer both small and large precision machined components to meet your specific requirements. Previous work undertaken includes automotive, moulds, printing presses and components for the defence industry.
CNC Turning
The latest CNC Turning Centres allow us to produce precision components of both large and small diameters with greater accuracy and to tighter timescales. Our CNC Lathes also have the capacity for live tooling, enabling us to machine more complex components in one process. Take a look at our capacity.
Additional Processes & Treatments
We can offer a range of additional processes including but not limited to: surface grinding, universal grinding, boring, honing, slotting, lapping and engraving. Post processing options include anodising, zinc plating, heat treatment, hard anodising and surface finishes.
